Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes — completely. Our discovery consultation is a no-obligation conversation to understand your goals. We believe trust is built before any commitment is made.
How do you verify your partner clinics?
Every clinic undergoes a multi-stage vetting process — accreditation review, in-person visits, physician credential checks, patient-outcome reviews and ongoing annual re-assessment.
Can I choose my own doctor or clinic?
Absolutely. We present curated recommendations, but the final decision is always yours. If you have a specific clinic in mind, we can also assess whether it meets our standards.
What if something goes wrong during my procedure?
Your concierge is with you throughout your stay with direct lines to the clinical team. All partner clinics carry full medical indemnity insurance, and we coordinate everything.
Do you work with patients from outside Thailand?
Yes — most of our clients come from Australia, the UK, USA, Singapore, Japan and the UAE. We work in English, Thai, Japanese and Mandarin and handle all logistics.
How much does PIMORA's service cost?
Our concierge fee is a transparent service arrangement discussed during your consultation. Many clients find our clinic negotiations offset or exceed the fee.
